How to manage transactions where the payment has failed
When a credit card payment has failed, the secure payment window will display the message Payment Failed and a reason for the failure.
You can either:
- click 'Try Again' to try a new card
- change the payment type and accept another type of payment, or
- change the Pay Now price to $0 to create the invoice and enrolment only, and accept payment at a later date.
