We’re excited to share the latest improvements in this release. Version 124 focuses on enhancing the corporate pass functionality, improving payment accuracy, and ensuring smoother system performance through several key fixes and refinements.

Minor Features

Corporate Pass Enhancements:

  • Corporate pass usage now restricted to accounts with sufficient credit balance to cover any outstanding invoices.
  • Corporate pass can now automatically apply existing account credit toward invoice payment for a smoother billing experience.
  • The corporate pass record, a new field ‘Payment Pattern' with three options is added:
    • Default - how the corporate pass has always worked
    • Decline if balance not enough - corporate usage will be declined if the credit balance is lower than the enrolment fee
    • Pay with credit notes - invoices will be automatically paid by the corporate pass owner.

Tutor Pay Enhancements:

  • If 'per unit' is used as pay type, the number of units is displayed on the payslip record and payslip report.
  • Display the tutors assigned roleon the payslip record and payslip report.

Bulk Delete Options :

  • Extended the bulk delete option to delete multiple messages and contacts at once.
  • Contacts bulk delete only works for contacts with no related records (messages, enrolments, invoices etc.)

Tags :

  • Enhanced how tags are displayed across different records (courses, classes, etc.) by using “chips”. This helps easier viewing at a glance, allows multiple tags to be displayed more cleanly, and makes individual tags easier to remove when needed.

Major Fixes

Rounding Issues:

  • Resolved rounding inconsistencies across various calculations to ensure greater accuracy in totals and applied discounts.

Minor Fixes

  • Tutor Pay Generation: Fixed an issue where generating tutor pay could fail and return a “something went wrong” error.
  • Class Record Discounts: Adjusted discount display on the right column of class records — discounts now equal Class Fee minus Discount Amount, excluding tax.
  • Discount Email Restriction: Corrected the comma separator format when adding multiple domains to the restriction list. Now allows emails separated with comma and any spaces around it. For example,

    • acme.com.au , gmail.com
  • Abandoned Cart Records: Fixed a bug that incorrectly created abandoned cart records following a successful application submission.
  • Timetable Filter Fixed an issue where the information displayed in the timetable view jumps to a different date when a filter is selected.
  • Class Cancellation Credit Notes: Fixed the credit notes created when reversing manually created invoices to correctly reflect the original invoice line quantity.
  • System User Access: Optimised and stabilised user access and prevent the recurring logout issues.
  • Quick Enrol Past Classes: Fixed a UI bug that prevents the display of courses with no current/future classes.
  • Duplicate Payment Due Lines: Fixed invoices showing overdue balances after being fully paid when duplicate “Payment Due” lines were created for pay-later invoices.
  • Binned Documents: When a document is deleted, all existing public links will stop working and any attachments are also removed. When a document is restored, the attachments and previous settings would need to be restored manually.
  • Request Timeout errors: Optimised backend queries to prevent Java heap space errors
  • Special Action User Permission: Updated special action naming from 'Enrolment cancellation and transfer' to ‘Enrolment cancellation' to reflect the specific action allowed.
  • Deleting Quotes: Fixed errors encountered when trying to delete Quote records
  • Money Fields: Fixed an issue where the money input fields only allows values up to thousands.
  • Dashboard Categories: Fixed an issue where dashboard categories failed to expand in older versions of Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Core Filters: Fixed intermittent loading issues when using certain core filters.
  • Record Access: Fixed issues preventing access to specific records.
  • Mailchimp Automations: Updated default Mailchimp automations from optIn false to optIn=false to prevent duplicate subscription confirmation emails being sent to enrolled students.
  • Class Budget: Fixed a UI issue where the discount was duplicated in the “Tax on discount” field.
